Awards

Lineup Ninja can also be used to collect submissions, or entries, for award ceremonies and to conduct a review process with both internal and external reviewers.

For the awards process, you will only need to use the Submission Flow portion of Lineup Ninja. Features of an Awards Submission Flow are as follows:

• Form Designer - The Form Designer is used to ask the qualifying questions to Submitters, or Entrants. This will normally start with a categories question to determine which category the entry is for
• Email Templates/Submission Stages - The default Submission Stages and Email Templates has been designed for an awards process but this can be customised to fit your processes
• Review Stages - Here, you can create multiple Review Stages to assign to your reviews. These can be assigned internally, to your team members, and externally, to independent reviewers. You can also determine whether you want to conduct blind reviews here
• Submissions - This is where you will manage your submissions, or entries, including viewing the review feedback
• Submission Flow Homepage - Finally, you can add your Reviewers and assign them Submissions here
