Report Publications
Report Publications publish your submission data to a URL that your other systems can fetch. Unlike a Submission Report, which produces a file to download, a publication stays at a fixed URL so a developer or third-party system can pull the latest data whenever they need it.
Use a publication when you want to integrate your submission data with another system. Use a Submission Report when you just want to download the data.
Where do I find Report Publications?
Publications live behind a collapsed ‘Report Publications’ section at the bottom of the > screen, below the reports you can download. Click the ‘Report Publications’ heading to expand it and reveal your existing publications along with the options to create a new one. The section stays expanded once you open it.
What types of publication are available?
- Spreadsheet Endpoint - Returns a spreadsheet (Excel, ODS or CSV) of your submission data.
- JSON Endpoint - Returns your submission data as JSON, suitable for sharing with a development team.
